Abstract
Au cours de nos investigations relatives à la caractérisation de la période pratique de la formation proposée par le dispositif Pass installation APTEA (Association pour la Pérennisation et la Transmission des Emplois en Agriculture), filière maraîchage diversifié, mis en œuvre par l’association Initiatives Paysannes implantée dans les Hauts-de-France, la question de la co-construction d’un programme de formation individualisé à l’appui d’une analyse des besoins en formation des porteurs de projet est apparue d’importance.
Cet article propose de revisiter la notion de besoins humains et d’explorer la dialectique besoins, demandes et offres de formation afin d’être en mesure de répondre à la question suivante : En quoi la co-construction d’un dispositif de formation basé sur un collectif d’apprentissage contribue à l’identification et à la prise en compte des besoins de formation de futurs maraichers et aux besoins de développement de compétences de maraichers en exercice ?
La rencontre sur les exploitations de futurs maraichers en situation de formation à l’appui d’observations filmées et d’entretiens a permis de mettre en évidence comment, dans ce dispositif, l’identification des besoins de formation est ancrée dans les situations de travail et de formation et au-delà dans le contexte du développement d’une agriculture paysanne.
Training needs and the reality of a profession. Analysis of an innovative scheme to develop employment in organic market gardening

Abstract
In the course of our investigations into the characterization of the practical training period offered by the Pass installation APTEA (Association pour la Pérennisation et la Transmission des Emplois en Agriculture) diversified market gardening scheme, implemented by the Initiatives Paysannes association based in the Hauts de France region, the question of co-constructing an individualized training program based on an analysis of the training needs of the project holders emerged as an important one. This article proposes to revisit the notion of human needs and to explore the dialectic of needs, demands and training provision in order to be able to answer the following question: How does the co-construction of a training system based on a learning collective contribute to identifying and addressing the training needs of future market gardeners and the skills development needs of practising market gardeners?
Meeting future market gardeners in training situations on their farms, with the help of filmed observations and interviews, highlighted how, in this system, the identification of training needs is rooted in work and training situations and, beyond that, in the context of developing small-scale farming

Abstract
Nel corso delle nostre indagini sulla caratterizzazione del periodo di formazione pratica offerto dal progetto di orticoltura diversificata Pass installation APTEA (Association pour la Pérennisation et la Transmission des Emplois en Agriculture), attuato dall’associazione Initiatives Paysannes con sede nella regione dell’Hauts de France, è emersa come importante la questione della co-costruzione di un programma di formazione individualizzato basato sull’analisi dei bisogni formativi dei promotori del progetto.
Questo articolo propone di rivisitare la nozione di bisogni umani e di esplorare la dialettica tra bisogni, richieste e offerta formativa per poter rispondere alla seguente domanda: In che modo la co-costruzione di un sistema di formazione basato su un collettivo di apprendimento contribuisce a identificare e rispondere ai bisogni formativi dei futuri orticoltori e alle esigenze di sviluppo delle competenze degli orticoltori praticanti?
L’incontro con i futuri orticoltori in situazioni di formazione nelle loro aziende agricole, con l’aiuto di osservazioni filmate e interviste, ha evidenziato come, in questo sistema, l’identificazione dei bisogni formativi sia radicata nelle situazioni di lavoro e di formazione e, oltre a ciò, nel contesto dello sviluppo dell’agricoltura di piccola scala.
